Introduction
PA Rush Soccer Club’s travel program prides itself on placing the player first. In an effort to enhance that process is our Player Development Program” (PDP) designed to provide the dedicated soccer player with a wide array of high level development tools and opportunities. Our mission is to ensure that individuals committed to PA Rush are provided with every resource necessary to reach their full potential as players.
Funded by the club, this professionally staffed program consists of age appropriate training curriculums to include the technical and tactical elements essential to the game stressing the individual and team skills vital to success in soccer.

Fall 2011 Activity Schedules
Friday Night Finishing Trainer: Kenny Wilson
The Friday Night Finishing program is open to all PA Rush travel players. The purpose of Friday Night Finishing is to provide forwards and other attacking players the opportunity for many shooting repetitions in front of goal. Each player gets approximately 80 shots per session and it is our goal not to have more than a 12:1 player to coach ratio.
Activity Summary:
7 total sessions @ 1 hour each – 2 age brackets (U8 - U11 and U12 - up)
Scheduled Dates (Friday Evenings):
September 16, 23 &30 October 14, 21 & 28
Times and Location: Sewer
U/8 – U11: 5.00-6.00 PM
U/12 and up: 6.00-7.00 PM
Goalkeeping Trainer: Bree Benedict
Goalkeeper training is open to all PA Rush travel players. The sessions occur once each week for seven weeks during the fall season with the focus on specific technical and tactical training sessions. The sessions are designed to encompass all age groups and skill levels.

Player Development Program Trainer: Marissa Braverman
The PDP “Player Development Program” sessions focus on the technical development of the soccer player. Sessions will be themed to a particular skill each session. The curriculum will cover: passing/receiving and dribbling/individual moves.
The program will break down complex moves into simple easy to follow steps using the PA Rush methodology. The players will develop lightning fast technical skills in a progressive age appropriate program.
