Note: There is additional team fees associated with the travel program.  Team fees vary from team to team.

Refund Policy

Refunds shall be granted for the following reasons:

The club is unable to provide the service paid for. This could include registering for a team that does not form, or a cancelled camp because of low registrations.
Any fees mistakenly paid due to technical errors or miscommunication.
For intramural programs only, a player is injured before any competitions start, and will be unable to return for the entire season.  

Refunds shall not be granted for the following reasons:
A player is injured, or unable to continue for any reason.
A player moves from the area.  

If a program is cancelled due to COVID-19 before it begins, a full refund will be granted.
If a program is cancelled due to COVID-19 after it begins, a club credit proportional to that part of the program that does not take place will be granted and can be used toward a future program.

Refunds will be processed in the next check run for the club, which is done twice per month.
Refunds are provided back to the same credit card used to register. 6% of the registration amount will be deducted from the refund amount due to credit card fees.
